This month, bring your lunch and join fellow new employees to learn about the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP), a no-cost benefit to ϲ faculty and staff members. The program's director Paulette Erickson England will introduce the FSAP programs available toemployees and will discuss what it means to be part of a psychologically healthy workplace.

At the end of the session, participants will understand:

  • The employee assistance programas a benefit of employment.
  • The definition of a psychologically healthy workplace.
  • How to access Faculty and Staff Assistance Program services.
