In some instances, campus members may receive a phone call instead of an email. In this case, a Medical Services staff member will call from a phone number with the prefix 492 or 735, offering the opportunity to receive a vaccine.Â

At this time, vaccine appointments will be available Wednesday through Friday of the week in which they are available. Depending on the quantity we receive, vaccination appointments may be available the same day you are notified or may only be available the same day you are notified.

We are unable to provide additional details on potential timing of vaccine arrival. Those who are unable to make an appointment during that time frame will need to wait for the next vaccine availability. At this time, there is no option to reschedule or tentatively hold an appointment.
